About Solaris Energy 

Solaris Energy is a third-party financier of energy efficiency projects for commercial buildings, including office, retail and multi-tenant buildings.  We offer Energy Efficiency as a Service.

 

Guaranteeing energy savings to building owners, Solaris Energy pays for 100% of the design, engineering and construction costs and installs, monitors and owns the equipment, paid for by customers through an energy services agreement (ESA).  By purchasing energy as a service, our customers avoid the upfront capital expenditure and receive an immediate reduction in operating expenses, as well as other operational and environmental benefits.
